Check-in 3 time!

Last week my goals were to hold a plank for more than 30 seconds and to add in more cardio. I am able to hold a plank...for over a minute!! I realized that the only reason I thought I couldn't is because hen I did it, I had already tired out my core from my workout! I also did add more cardio, but I don't think I did nearly enough. I had a bit of a stressful last two weeks and had way too many cheat meals. Even when I wasn't having a cheat meal I wasn't paying enough attention to how I was eating. I was over eating some things and skipping snacks.
1. My calves definitely seem smaller.
2. The stretch marks on my arms are getting super faint. Forgot to mention this in my video.
3. I can fit into my old bikini from 2 years ago!
4. Sadly, that's all the changes really, not much happened these last two weeks.
Goals:
1. MORE CARDIO. I need to actually burn this fat off my body in order to SEE the muscle I've gained LOL.
2. Re-focus myself. I need to be really careful about my foods again.
3. Less cheat meals!
