Health Journal | Check-In 2 February 18, 2015
It's now my fourth week of eating like a normal human and exercising. I've had a lot of bad cheat meals these last two weeks. Yesterday I even had three full bad meals. I mean BAD. McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Sonic. IDGAF though because it tasted damn amazing! I didn't OVEREAT anything like I used to. Normally a trip to Taco Bell means a quesadilla, three soft tacos, two pintos and cheese, a large coke, and maybe even an XXL burrito. I ate A LOT. (It didn't really help that I'd ignore eating all morning/lunchtime either...only to binge at the end of the day.) From now on I only get one little thing and skip the coke. ONE burger, ONE burrito. BOOM. So, here's a little bit of updates and things I'm excited about right nowww:
1. My arms are finally getting slimmer. I've been trying to build up some muscle in them too, but for now them getting slimmer is good:D2. Definitely noticing the changes. All over now! As long as I don't look down at myself and only use a mirror, I'm good. I tend to only see my belly when I look down so it gets frustrating. I need to focus on the WHOLE picture. My WHOLE body.
3. I looooove strength training. I wish I didn't have to do cardio... bleh.
4. I love FitnessBlender. They make the cardio a little bit better and make it fly by. ugh.
5. My leggings don't look see-through tight anymore. LOLOLOL
6. I don't feel like an uncomfortably swollen blueberry anymore.
7. I can feeeeel my muscles working all the time now. I kinda every now and then just want to break out in a sprint. Just cuz I can. :D :D
8. I stopped drinking green tea; only water for me now.
9. My hair is growing faster! I think... :P
10. I need more weights! (Not happy that I have to buy more, but happy because WOO stronger!)
11. Wesley is joining me now. He doesn't do that same workouts, but he is working out a little bit:]
Some Goals I guess:
1. Lose more, obviously.
2. Strengthen my core. I can only do an elbow plank for 30 seconds! barely!
3. Eat even better. I need to figure something out for school days so that after class I'm not SO hungry that I want to eat a whole pizza.
4. Get da gainzzz. I need more muscle. Now please:P
5. Eat more fruit. I actually DO NOT enjoy fruit.
6. Drink more water.
7. Maybe start meal prepping.
