How I Whiten My Teeth | Smile Bright Kit

Just wanted to post about my new teeth whitening kit

It's a super easy kit to use and it works amazingly. You start out by whitening your teeth twice. Just be sure to not brush your teeth right beforehand because this can cause little cuts in your gums which will be sensitive to the gel.
The kit comes with a sheet that has all the directions on, a small mouthpiece where you place a thin strip of whitening gel, a tube of whitening gel which should last you a lot of sessions (More than they say it will in my opinion!), a paper that shows you different color levels, and of course the small LED light mouthpiece which will make the gel do it's thing!
All you do is put small strips of gel into the mouthpiece, put it onto your teeth, then put the light in your mouth right over that. Sit for thirty minutes and BOOM white teeth! If you notice your gums getting sensitive or sores forming, I have a tip for you. I take two small pieces from a cotton ball and roll it into a small strip. I can then place the strips into my upper and lower lip preventing the gel from squeezing out of the mouthpiece. (Which is what I noticed was causing my gums to hurt.)
I've only done about 5 sessions. (I say about because it may have been four and my last session was only 20 minutes.) I don't want to get my teeth too white because I heard you shouldn't whiten your teeth too far from the white of your eyes. Otherwise, it will distract from your eyes!
All I use the kit for now is maintaining the whiteness I have now. I use the kit only once a week or less. I used to drink a lot of soda so my teeth were never very nice looking. Here is my before and after.
